GBTHE CARAFES ARE BEAUTIFUL!! THE CARAFES ARE BEAUTIFUL!! I worked with Mark Sutton and he was very helpful and patient with my endless questions. The carafes were custom order and a big hit with the our friends and, months later, they are still thanking us. My daughters liked the carafes so much that I had to place a second order. Mark made that easy as well. The package arrived and it was so well packed that every carafe was perfect.

GBThe etching is very light/shallow. The glass needs something in it of contracsting color for the etching to be visible. Responsive customer care.

He was extraordinarily helpful, very friendly, quite professional, and interested in my little project. We worked together and the two glasses are beautiful. They made a wonderful gift that my sister and brother-in-law are very happy with. I am also a Happy Camper!
