The etching is very light/shallow. The glass needs something in it of contracsting color for the etching to be visible. Responsive customer care.

Good quality stuff Good quality stuff. Fast service and delivery. Easy ordering system. I've used HullSpeed twice, one for a catalog item (Grand Cayman wine glasses) and a custom job (graduation rocks glasses) and was completely satisfied with both results.
