Incredible!! This review is beyond overdue! I ordered the buffalo(bison) Crystal decanter back in February for my husband as an anniversary gift and Mark was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible service!! The etching is very light/shallow. The glass needs something in it of contracsting color for the etching to be visible. Responsive customer care.

Beautiful glasses & amazing service! Beautiful glasses & amazing service. I placed order, asking for personalization. Mark responded within a couple of hours. He emailed me an image of my personalization the next day. I received the glasses within about 2 days. Couldn't believe it! And they were sustainably packaged, which I really appreciate.
