The etching is very light/shallow. The glass needs something in it of contracsting color for the etching to be visible. Responsive customer care.

Beautiful glasses & amazing service! Beautiful glasses & amazing service. I placed order, asking for personalization. Mark responded within a couple of hours. He emailed me an image of my personalization the next day. I received the glasses within about 2 days. Couldn't believe it! And they were sustainably packaged, which I really appreciate.
