GBNo response from Customer Service & Shipping from odd places I received two boxes - one from Paypal and another from mygift.com. It was odd. As the first was received from Amazon, I believed they only shipped one so I reached out to customer service and did not receive a reply. I did receive a second box from mygift.com about 6 days later, but was in need of both boxes for a client's home and was unable to finish my project. Also - they sent ONE tracking number and of course, it showed delivered. Certainly one was, but the other was not and again, not a peep from customer service. I'm always sketchy about anything outside of reputable companies, and this is exactly why.

GBStill available!… I'd bought my Verilux lamp many years ago. I was amazed that I could easily determine what bulb I needed for my lamp and purchase a long-life replacement bulb at reasonable cost. It didn't take terribly long for the bulb to arrive at my home.

GBLowest price on a replacement light… Lowest price on a replacement light bulb for my daylight lamp. I only wish the shipping cost less. One week later- Mygift.com reached out to me after reading my review. They offer free shipping on orders over $25. Wish I had realized that before!

GBDisplay frame not designed for AA chips… The quality of the product is fine, but it doesn't serve my purpose. I purchased this display frame to store and display sobriety medallions, but the slots are too wide, so the chips don't stand up as desired. Unfortunately, if I have to pay shipping costs to return it, and also have MyGift deduct the original shipping costs (shipping was free when I ordered), I will have spent a lot of money to end up with nothing. Disappointing.
