Well my email to customer service denied Well my email to customer service was sent back by mailer demon all I want to to is exchange a piece that came damaged and I cannot get in touch with anyone so won’t order again from this company they make it difficult to get in touch with you need a phone number to call! Still available!… I'd bought my Verilux lamp many years ago. I was amazed that I could easily determine what bulb I needed for my lamp and purchase a long-life replacement bulb at reasonable cost. It didn't take terribly long for the bulb to arrive at my home.
