Compact, beautifully crafted and it swivels! This organizer is compact, which is great in my small studio, but also holds so much: markers, small paper pads, scissor, a fan remote, my eyeglasses(!). In addition, the swivel is a great feature. It’s also such a lovely design; I’ve received several compliments on it in the short time since it arrived. Highly recommend!

No response from Customer Service & Shipping from odd places I received two boxes - one from Paypal and another from mygift.com. It was odd. As the first was received from Amazon, I believed they only shipped one so I reached out to customer service and did not receive a reply. I did receive a second box from mygift.com about 6 days later, but was in need of both boxes for a client's home and was unable to finish my project. Also - they sent ONE tracking number and of course, it showed delivered. Certainly one was, but the other was not and again, not a peep from customer service. I'm always sketchy about anything outside of reputable companies, and this is exactly why.
