Buyer Beware Original order was made March 7; UPS was never contacted to pick it up. The item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a March 21st birthday - nothing delivered. After several phone calls with promises to follow up (and nothing happening), the item was reordered and finally delivered on March 29. I had to ask about a refund and was offered 20%. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Insufficient packaging The packaging for my order was insufficient and the item arrived bent. I had waited so long for the item that I didn’t want to return it so I straightened it out the best I could and used it the way it was.
