Exceptional! Exceptional customer service and technical advice for purchase and installation of flue and chimney pipes for a wood stove. I called on several occasions with questions and every time I received competent technical advice without being shuffled from department to department. The company also has great tutorial videos on all the important components for woodstoves - these videos were a great asset! I also had a shipping issue and working with the customer support persons was a pleasure. They were proactive and communicated very well. Insufficient packaging The packaging for my order was insufficient and the item arrived bent. I had waited so long for the item that I didn’t want to return it so I straightened it out the best I could and used it the way it was.
