GBShipping slow I had to call numerous times to receive any information about tracking numbers . I only got them after two weeks calling. If you have someone scheduled to install your chimney you might have a hard time finding out when to expect your order.

GBWe paid $72.00 for overnight delivery &… We paid $72.00 for overnight delivery & got it 5 days later! Very poor service & I got nothing but excuses from your customer representative it should have been at my residence on Saturday- instead- I received it on Tuesday! Would seem like I should get my overnight shipping back & pay for regular shipping!
