I made a good choice Frame was delivered in a timely manner, it looks in fact as good as it did digitally, the rabbet is deep enough to accommodate a pastel with spacer. Totally pleased.

Best service and room for improvement I have recommended your company many times over many years. The quality of the frames is excellent and the service reliable. However, I really liked the ability to talk on the phone to one of your knowledgeable agents, who were always kind and helpful. This was not available with my last order, and the chat person I spoke with did not seem to know much, or I wrote my concern badly. At any rate, it was 20 minutes of frustration. If their is any problem with you selection they will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied and then some. Poor Poor Poor I have no idea when I'm getting my frame. My last order took months before I finally cancelled and now placed a new order. I still don't know when the new one is coming.
