Very attentive to customers needs. I had a number of detailed questions to ensure that I could use the frames you sell for my specific application. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast you responded to my queries and how well detailed the responses were.

Poor Poor Poor I have no idea when I'm getting my frame. My last order took months before I finally cancelled and now placed a new order. I still don't know when the new one is coming.

Everything new is not best. I dislike that you discontinues the phone order service, It was so quick and easy. Bring it back.

The selection is immense, the quality is of highest standards no matter the price range. Their customer service always goes the extra mile and exceeds my expectations. If their is any problem with you selection they will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied and then some. What ever your selection is or the price you pay, I have found the value is always greater—no matter how much it may cost.

I made a good choice Frame was delivered in a timely manner, it looks in fact as good as it did digitally, the rabbet is deep enough to accommodate a pastel with spacer. Totally pleased.
