Best service and room for improvement I have recommended your company many times over many years. The quality of the frames is excellent and the service reliable. However, I really liked the ability to talk on the phone to one of your knowledgeable agents, who were always kind and helpful. This was not available with my last order, and the chat person I spoke with did not seem to know much, or I wrote my concern badly. At any rate, it was 20 minutes of frustration. Love this company!!! My frame arrived perfectly packaged and was the same quality I've come to expect from pictureframes.com. They never disappoint ! What I like most about this company is the care they take in making a frame and the way it is shipped to ensure safe passage. The end product is exactly as seen on the website including hardware and instructions for assembly.

Nice online frame source Set up of website makes it fairly easy for a novice framer to select the correct finish, size, etc. DI wish there was a bit more selection in some color ways, but an overall positive experience. better yet, there was a nice sale happening when I stumbled onto this find. Shipping is a bit pricey, but it could be worse.
