What I like most about this company is the care they take in making a frame and the way it is shipped to ensure safe passage. The end product is exactly as seen on the website including hardware and instructions for assembly.

I made a good choice Frame was delivered in a timely manner, it looks in fact as good as it did digitally, the rabbet is deep enough to accommodate a pastel with spacer. Totally pleased.

Poor Poor Poor I have no idea when I'm getting my frame. My last order took months before I finally cancelled and now placed a new order. I still don't know when the new one is coming.

Nice online frame source Set up of website makes it fairly easy for a novice framer to select the correct finish, size, etc. DI wish there was a bit more selection in some color ways, but an overall positive experience. better yet, there was a nice sale happening when I stumbled onto this find. Shipping is a bit pricey, but it could be worse.
