Everything new is not best. I dislike that you discontinues the phone order service, It was so quick and easy. Bring it back.

Great options and good prices. I liked the website and all the options. The prices are reasonable and when I had questions customer service was helpful.

Over the years I have ordered picture… Over the years I have ordered from Pictureframes.com for all of my paintings and prints. The selection is immense, the quality is of highest standards no matter the price range. Their customer service always goes the extra mile and exceeds my expectations. If their is any problem with you selection they will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied and then some. What ever your selection is or the price you pay, I have found the value is always greater—no matter how much it may cost.

Disappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.

What I like most about this company is the care they take in making a frame and the way it is shipped to ensure safe passage. The end product is exactly as seen on the website including hardware and instructions for assembly.
