Poor Poor Poor I have no idea when I'm getting my frame. My last order took months before I finally cancelled and now placed a new order. I still don't know when the new one is coming.

If I have any questions, right away someone gets in touch with me and helps me. The quality of the frames are excellent too, I love my last order, it was everything I expected and more. Disappointed that this is JUST a wooden frame and not actually a picture frame I received my frame today and not only does it not have a glass or even plastic cover (like every single other frame I’ve ever bought) but it doesn’t even have anything to secure the thing being framed into the actual frame. It’s literally JUST a wooden frame. Maybe it’s my fault and maybe it was listed in the product description but I don’t get why someone would buy this. For what it cost, it should be more than 4 pieces of wood and nothing else.
