The size of the lights were mislabeled… The size of the lights were mislabeled in the ordering option description 10" instead of 13". Charged me 10% restocking to return. Inaccurate lighting consultants info and Returns I called the lighting consultants to find out about the dimmable specification for the light I was planning to buy. They said it was dimmable via a three way bulb, so low medium and high lighting settings. But no, this light has only two settings. That information would have been helpful in NOT selecting this expensive lamp. That was only the beginning of my issues. Once I received the two lamps I found that there was no low setting and there is no such thing as a two level lightbulb manufactured. So now I am trying to send these lamps back. I am getting charged for shipping. The shipping labels they sent cannot be printed via Adobe. And when I call customer service and leave a message they do not call back. This has happened several times. I have $800 into this fiasco and nothing to show for it except frustration.
