Inaccurate lighting consultants info and Returns I called the lighting consultants to find out about the dimmable specification for the light I was planning to buy. They said it was dimmable via a three way bulb, so low medium and high lighting settings. But no, this light has only two settings. That information would have been helpful in NOT selecting this expensive lamp. That was only the beginning of my issues. Once I received the two lamps I found that there was no low setting and there is no such thing as a two level lightbulb manufactured. So now I am trying to send these lamps back. I am getting charged for shipping. The shipping labels they sent cannot be printed via Adobe. And when I call customer service and leave a message they do not call back. This has happened several times. I have $800 into this fiasco and nothing to show for it except frustration.

A great selection of light fixtures. My wife and I are fussy about lighting have had a very hard time finding lights that we really like. Searching for a fixture to replace an old one, we happened upon Lightopia. We found a great selection, with good descriptions, and choose a fixture that looked great in the online graphics. It arrived quickly and was just installed. We are so pleased with the result. It looks like we expected and provides even better light than we expected. It was easy to select and order our new light, and the quality is excellent.

Order First of all, they had the item I wanted, & they ship to our location. Their customer service actually has a live person to talk to vs texting a number. I haven’t received my order yet but they are keeping me updated!

Low lumen output. The light is very nice. However the specs say it produces over 3,000 lumens. I only puts off maybe 900 lumens. I am not a handyman that wired something wrong I am a journeyman electrician.
