They definitely met my expectations… They definitely met my expectations with their shipping time frame. I was a little worried at first because I first saw their advertisement on facebook and I am usually skeptical with those ads, but Epic Paint sure pulled through. My wife loved it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I was to excited to wait until Christmas. My only issue now is finding a gift to Top this one for Chirstmas lol. Thank you EPIC PAINT, you guys are truly awesome.

Unique gift for the heart❤️ Omgoodness I just can't explain how much we love our picture! My husband's father past away when he was 16 and my mother-in-law past away 2 years ago. So when he opened the picture and saw all of us with our kids, his parents together, and even his brother, he was speechless. He said in was a beautiful family picture such a unique gift for the heart. I was hoping he would cry but he didn't😆.

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. They will quickly take your money and refuse to discuss refunds or issue any money due back to you. Artwork was not to my liking and since cancelling, Epic Paint have done nothing to provide me with any confidence that they are handling my cancellation as I continued to receive warning emails that my order was to be processed even though I had emailed numerous times saying cancel. This order was placed back in January and I still have not received any refund. Never use them. There are much better companies out there offering a more professional service and alot cheaper. Ruined what was meant to be an extremely nice gift.

Do not use! Awful experience Was after a mother's day portrait, the previews sent through were really poor quality, the Photoshop skills were nowhere what you would expect especially when paying £100 - tried revisions to improve and changing "artists" but got sent the same previews through. Cancelled before anything was tangibly printed and asked for a refund and was offered £40, which was honestly a joke. But frustratingly after feeling I'd been scammed I accepted in the hope of getting something back. Over 3 weeks later and no response - I chased and was offered more revisions!! It's a joke of a company. Absolutely avoid at all costs or suffer being £100 out of pocket, nothing to show for it but time wasted trying to get it back....

I love the painting I love the painting! They merged my 4 separate photos of family members into one portrait perfectly! My husband and his siblings don’t have any professional family photos with his mother (who is now deceased). He’s going to love it! I cried when I saw it. EpicPaint sent me drafts before the final print to make sure it was just right. Thank you EpicPaint!
