Epic paint were very supportive and responsive in my questions no matter the time of night, which made me feel like they cared and really put forth the effort in my painting . If I could score lower I would If I could score lower I would. Worst experience ever with this company. I paid £144 for my order and after chasing them for weeks they sent me my preview. It was horrific. It looked nothing like what I wanted. I therefore eventually requested a refund in which they said they would only refund me £40. Awful experience DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Ordered my portrait then the day before… Ordered my portrait then the day before it was suppose to arrive they emailed me saying I owed a additional $20.00 before they "print" my portrait. I tried contacting them for over a month to cancel everything since they haven't "printed " anything. Haven't heard or received anything.

Same story as others promised for… Same story as others promised for Mother’s Day and nothing. No contact other than sorry goi g to be late saying would give 25% refund and nothing. Now no contact whatsoever. Reported to relevant people and the bank. My partner thinks I didn’t do anything for her Mother’s Day bunch of wa#*ers

Best Portrait Ever! I ordered a picture off an ad on TikTok for my husband for Christmas and was honestly super nervous because I have seen other companies work. I must say my artist did AMAZING! It came out so perfect! Far beyond my expectations! It made me so emotional to see it all together and I know my husband is going to be over the moon about it! I will definitely be recommending to anyone needing a hand made portrait for a loved one!
