Epic paint were very supportive and responsive in my questions no matter the time of night, which made me feel like they cared and really put forth the effort in my painting . Trust the process! I’ll be honest after ordering and seeing some reviews it was talking about a scam and such so I immediately started messaging customer service and keeping in contact, it may have taken awhile (within 3 months tho!) they sent the review, I had 3 changes they made them within a week and then literally 3 days after i received the “it’s sent” email I got it in the mail!!!!! It made my sister cry when she opened it as it was a gift for grad as gma passed away this year, so I added her in the photo. 10/10 I honestly have no complaints as I know it must take awhile with lots of orders!

Unique gift for the heart❤️ Omgoodness I just can't explain how much we love our picture! My husband's father past away when he was 16 and my mother-in-law past away 2 years ago. So when he opened the picture and saw all of us with our kids, his parents together, and even his brother, he was speechless. He said in was a beautiful family picture such a unique gift for the heart. I was hoping he would cry but he didn't😆.

Ordered my portrait then the day before… Ordered my portrait then the day before it was suppose to arrive they emailed me saying I owed a additional $20.00 before they "print" my portrait. I tried contacting them for over a month to cancel everything since they haven't "printed " anything. Haven't heard or received anything.

Definitely worth it ❤️.. I have to say I would definitely order from epicpaint again for sure! I had sent 2 pictures one of my fiance and our daughter and one of my father-in-law that passed away a few years ago! He didn't have the chance to meet our daughter and I wanted to make a special gift to my fiance and they did amazing! They had send the wrong picture that I didn't approve but as soon as I message them to tell them they acted quick and sent me the right one ABSOLUTELY FREE!! I got the other one just about 2weeks after talking to them! I want to say a big Thank you to the team this meant the world to us and they delivered the most amazing gift ❤️
