GBExcellent Product, Lackluster Customer Service First off, the product (3 posters making up one scene) are beautiful and of very high quality. They are just perfect. My disappointment is with being able to contact the organization. There is no telephone number to talk to a person about your order or to ask questions about the products. You have to either chat online or email. Well, okay, I guess. However, several national shopping websites offer Haus and Hues products, so I thought I’d be able to contact them. I went into the chat from their website and you enter your name, email address and question. No one ever came onto the chat window (30 minutes) or followed up to my email. Also, I sent an email the same day and no one ever answered the email either. Also, there is no option on their (Haus and Hues) or any of the national shopping websites offering their products to expedite shipping. That too seemed unusual for such a widely renowned company with excellent products. So overall, they have outstanding, high quality, unique products and lackluster customer service.

GBColors could be improved the collection of prints came as expected (the paper thickness, well packaged, etc). While the colors represent how they were shown online, in person when looking at them in person - the prints feel very washed out. instead of atmospheric, it just felt like images removed the blue hues by photoshop.

GBGreat prints, shipping delayed/messed up I placed my order and it said that it had shipped the next day. I was pleased with this, until I tracked the shipment the week after and realized only the pre-shipment label had been created. I had to reach out to customer support to help me figure out where my order was. They quickly resolved the issue and expedited it. I received my order 1 day afterwards, but it took over a week to get the shipment update.

GBBest customer experience While the product is absolutely phenomenal and would have gotten 5 stars all on its own. The customer experience is why I’m writing the review. I accidentally ordered this to the wrong address and emailed them. They were kind enough and efficient enough to get my poster to me. Will 100% be buying from them in the future.
