Fantastic!! I could not be happier with my experience! Ordering was simple, shipping was immediate ( I received my order in 3 days) and the quality of the prints is fantastic! I even got a coupon offered to me at check out!! 😳😳 I will definitely be back to order more in the future!

Excellent Product, Lackluster Customer Service First off, the product (3 posters making up one scene) are beautiful and of very high quality. They are just perfect. My disappointment is with being able to contact the organization. There is no telephone number to talk to a person about your order or to ask questions about the products. You have to either chat online or email. Well, okay, I guess. However, several national shopping websites offer Haus and Hues products, so I thought I’d be able to contact them. I went into the chat from their website and you enter your name, email address and question. No one ever came onto the chat window (30 minutes) or followed up to my email. Also, I sent an email the same day and no one ever answered the email either. Also, there is no option on their (Haus and Hues) or any of the national shopping websites offering their products to expedite shipping. That too seemed unusual for such a widely renowned company with excellent products. So overall, they have outstanding, high quality, unique products and lackluster customer service.

Order never arrived, no information available I ordered a set of framed prints on 6/28. I received a shipment notification on 6/29. It’s now 7/15, and I still don’t have the prints. Tracking info just says shipment label was cancelled. Can’t reach anyone in customer service. 100% unsatisfied and ready to seek refund through AMEX.

Where is the rest of my order Only half of my items were delivered. Reached out for support and was told items ship separately. Still have not gotten the rest of my order. Two stars because even though the prints are beautiful, it makes absolutely NO sense sending the order out separately, especially considering the first box that came was very large, enough to fit the entire order. Such an unnecessary waste of materials to do that.

Checkout experience was super smooth and simple. 2 pieces of feedback I have is that I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email (not sure if that's my email or if you don't currently have one set up). And I felt like the packaging and product could have more of your branding on it! Once I hung them up, they were just pictures on my wall and I won't remember where I got them from. Otherwise, product was great, exactly as described. It came lightning fast and really reasonably priced.
