Checkout experience was super smooth and simple. 2 pieces of feedback I have is that I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email (not sure if that's my email or if you don't currently have one set up). And I felt like the packaging and product could have more of your branding on it! Once I hung them up, they were just pictures on my wall and I won't remember where I got them from. Otherwise, product was great, exactly as described. It came lightning fast and really reasonably priced.

GBThey said 3-5 business days but it’s… They said 3-5 business days but it’s been two weeks and my package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve messaged customer service twice so far and they haven’t ever responded back, good luck with trying to get your prints.

GBOrder never arrived, no information available I ordered a set of framed prints on 6/28. I received a shipment notification on 6/29. It’s now 7/15, and I still don’t have the prints. Tracking info just says shipment label was cancelled. Can’t reach anyone in customer service. 100% unsatisfied and ready to seek refund through AMEX.
