Checkout experience was super smooth and simple. 2 pieces of feedback I have is that I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email (not sure if that's my email or if you don't currently have one set up). And I felt like the packaging and product could have more of your branding on it! Once I hung them up, they were just pictures on my wall and I won't remember where I got them from. Otherwise, product was great, exactly as described. It came lightning fast and really reasonably priced.

Where is the rest of my order Only half of my items were delivered. Reached out for support and was told items ship separately. Still have not gotten the rest of my order. Two stars because even though the prints are beautiful, it makes absolutely NO sense sending the order out separately, especially considering the first box that came was very large, enough to fit the entire order. Such an unnecessary waste of materials to do that.

They said 3-5 business days but it’s… They said 3-5 business days but it’s been two weeks and my package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve messaged customer service twice so far and they haven’t ever responded back, good luck with trying to get your prints.
