Customer Service/Shipping Issues I ordered the Pelicans (NBA) Rug on 11/24/2023. When I still hadn't received the rug by 12/20, I sent an email to customer service. They responded with a link to a shipping timeline from "17Track" saying the item was delivered to my city on 12/12 (no specific address listed). I responded back saying I never received the item (no record of anyone delivering a rug sized box on my door bell camera), they responded back saying to contact my "local carrier service". USPS??? Not sure what to do now and don't have the rug which was intended to be a Christmas present for my son.

This bedding set is a game-changer... The fabric is incredibly soft, and the design adds a touch of sophistication to my bedroom. It's like sleeping in a five-star hotel every night. Greatest decision!
