Excellent reporting systems that I could see the success of my every campaign. GBHuge fan of the platform for scaling outbound Reply has really helped us scale our outbound efforts at a good cost and build our outbound program from scratch. There is a lot of good functionality in terms of templates, A/B testing, positivity/length testing, and so on. Overall really happy with the platform and the excellent customer support. The rare times we have any issues, customer support has been very prompt, courteous and supportive.

GBGreat product, Best customer support I've seen The software is well though out, very functional and easy to use, but the customer support is the best I've seen...great response time, product knowledge so your questions are answered the first time and they even followup to make sure you are up and running. It's major differentiator for me.
