FIAmazing tool, beneficial for sales teams I started to use Reply.io a couple of months ago, and I am already obsessed with it. It eases my daily tasks. Excellent reporting systems that I could see the success of my every campaign. Furthermore, Reply.io's friendly and kind team is quite fast to answer your question via message, video-recorded answers, or video call. GBReply.io is easily the best sales tool I have ever encountered Reply.io is easily the best sales tool I've ever encountered. Over a period of 10 days, I researched and tested practically every sales tool under the sun and found none of them to be worthwhile, except for Reply.io. I have been able to create as many sequences as I need, including emails, LinkedIn connections and DMs, etc, and then compile a prospecting list suitable for each sequence. Over the course of one week, I've achieved a 91% open rate for my cold outreach (up from 34%) and already booked multiple demos for my product. All thanks to Reply. Couldn't recommend it enough!

GBAlright email automation tool The email automation is pretty good and it provides good reports to let you know which sequence works best than others. The bad side is that reply doesn't provide accurate email accuracy. It provides 3 different email formats and you have to guess which one would you go for. Therefore, it creates bounces emails and your sequence is suspend once it reaches 50% bounce rate.

CAExtremely bad experience Extremely bad experience. They charge you for what you already have paid for. Their customer service not only does not try to redo their mistakes but is super rude and entitled. Extremely bad experience. We had to use our bank to dispute the charges and contact the reseller that we had bought the services from. Low integrity business.

GBCan't test product, support is lacking I haven't even been able to test the product yet since for the past 5 weeks support has been kicking my ticket back and forth to each other with no answers or solutions. They keep making the same requests for changes which is extremely annoying. Everytime someone passes my ticket off to another member it feels like I have to start all over again and they don't bother to see that what they are requesting being changed was already requested (and completed) in the past. The product looks promising. But as I haven't been able to test it out yet I can't comment on the funcationality.
