ESI hope others can read this to avoid… I hope others can read this to avoid the experience we've gone through. It's been a very tumultuous time after committing to pay for 3 months with reply.io Since then we've watched our response rates, and overall sales performance dive. Integrations with our CRM break and are buggy. Support is incompetent. Safe to say we won't be extending our contract.

FIAmazing tool, beneficial for sales teams I started to use Reply.io a couple of months ago, and I am already obsessed with it. It eases my daily tasks. Excellent reporting systems that I could see the success of my every campaign. Furthermore, Reply.io's friendly and kind team is quite fast to answer your question via message, video-recorded answers, or video call.
