GBReply.io is easily the best sales tool I have ever encountered Reply.io is easily the best sales tool I've ever encountered. Over a period of 10 days, I researched and tested practically every sales tool under the sun and found none of them to be worthwhile, except for Reply.io. I have been able to create as many sequences as I need, including emails, LinkedIn connections and DMs, etc, and then compile a prospecting list suitable for each sequence. Over the course of one week, I've achieved a 91% open rate for my cold outreach (up from 34%) and already booked multiple demos for my product. All thanks to Reply. Couldn't recommend it enough!

UAReply.io is a wonderful platform Reply.io is a wonderful email automation platform, has plenty of features, automation tricks, integrations, triggers, email account warm-upper and MANY other cool stuff that any marketer or sales rep may need/think of Personally, I've been using reply for the last, if not more years, and have always been referring this platform to all of my clients/friends. Just try it, don't be shy! Oh, btw, their customer support team is slick and fast. I always get bored when seeing messages like "we'll respond in 1 day" OR "a real human will contact you in 10mins" (and that never happens) and other cases. Anyone who's trading this, ask Ollie in the support channel - she's very knowledgeable, and positive with a bunch of great ideas for any SME

IEThe worst customer service I have… The worst customer service I have received from a team. After them continuing charges on our account for months, I stepped in to stop all payments moving forward. Despite this, they renewed our annual subscription as we didn't use the specific term 'non-renewal' despite an email thread highlight we no longer used the software and didn't want any more payments to be made. There are much better tools, and I'd expect at the very least, for a customer service team to not purposely ignore a request like this for something as trivial as not using the right word.

GBOnly interested in getting money from customers. I initially reached out with a polite appeal to refund a subscription charge that I forgot was running hoping for a fair resolution to my situation. Unfortunately, it seems that your company is determined to push me away as a loyal customer. The refusal to grant a refund for a service that I have not used is not only unjust but also demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and understanding from your end. I had genuinely looked forward to continuing my partnership with Reply.io and had hoped that my appeal would be treated with respect. The rejection of my appeal, despite my clear explanation and polite tone, has left me feeling extremely undervalued as a customer. It is evident that Reply.io prioritizes every penny they can take over customer satisfaction, which is a deeply disappointing stance for any company to take.

GBMore than an email campaign - Reply builds Partnerships There are a lot of services you can use to set up email campaigns. Reply goes beyond to help your business understand what makes a successful campaign. They do more than just blast emails - they help you create meaningful partnerships. As I was writing the title to this review I could almost see my reply rep saying "the title of your review is a bit too long" seriously these guys are great
