GBI contacted Reply.io about a concern I contacted Reply.io about a concern I had with a potentially fraudulent account. Their quick, efficient response was nothing less than mind-blowing! If this is an example of the quality of their customer service, in general, I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks, Reply.io, for your assistance.

CAExtremely bad experience Extremely bad experience. They charge you for what you already have paid for. Their customer service not only does not try to redo their mistakes but is super rude and entitled. Extremely bad experience. We had to use our bank to dispute the charges and contact the reseller that we had bought the services from. Low integrity business.

GBUsed Reply.io to achieve a 70% open rate and 15% reply rate Big fan of Reply.io. Some of the reasons I love it: - Safety settings and send delays to throttle deliveries - Integrated "warm up" for new accounts - Analytics on email, sequence, and account levels - Custom tracking domain (use your own domain for links vs. generic tracking domain) - Hubspot integration to sync contacts/data - Supremely attentive support

GBHuge fan of the platform for scaling outbound Reply has really helped us scale our outbound efforts at a good cost and build our outbound program from scratch. There is a lot of good functionality in terms of templates, A/B testing, positivity/length testing, and so on. Overall really happy with the platform and the excellent customer support. The rare times we have any issues, customer support has been very prompt, courteous and supportive.

ESI hope others can read this to avoid… I hope others can read this to avoid the experience we've gone through. It's been a very tumultuous time after committing to pay for 3 months with reply.io Since then we've watched our response rates, and overall sales performance dive. Integrations with our CRM break and are buggy. Support is incompetent. Safe to say we won't be extending our contract.
