When we’ve had to call for service/repair, she has been pleasant, professional, and a great follow-up representative. No matter how busy she is, she always greets us and sees to our needs right away. GBDelivery delay We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

DEVery happy with Comfort Zone Very happy with Comfort Zone! They came enthusiastically suggested and didn't baffle! They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !!
