Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%. Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.

DEVery happy with Comfort Zone Very happy with Comfort Zone! They came enthusiastically suggested and didn't baffle!
