Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?) I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is! When we’ve had to call for service/repair, she has been pleasant, professional, and a great follow-up representative. No matter how busy she is, she always greets us and sees to our needs right away.
