GBThe Best Customer Service and Quality of Product! Pam has been a delight to work with, providing printouts, showing creativity with a design for "hope chest" as well as for a piece 21" wide. Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?) I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is! GBI needed a wall bed with a desk for my… I needed a wall bed with a desk for my home office. Sharon was very patient with my urgency and followed up with me consistently. Install was easy and now I have a wonderful addition to help make my limited space really useful for different needs. I highly recommend these folks!

GBDelivery delay We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

DEVery happy with Comfort Zone Very happy with Comfort Zone! They came enthusiastically suggested and didn't baffle! They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !! I am very happy with this service and I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.
