They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !! GBSharon was extremely friendly and… Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!

GBI have been dealing with Pam at Comfort… I have been dealing with Pam at Comfort Zone for about 3-years now. She is a great person of major knowledge about wallbeds, beds and mattresses. I bought a beautiful wall-bed and she handled the sale from the beginning to set-up. Then when I moved to Oregon she arranged the tear down and packing of my wall bed for the moving company to pickup. Once again, she sent me a beautiful email thanking me for being a loyal customer. I asked her if she knew anyone between Eugene to Springfield, Oregon for a setup of the wall-bed and she said let me try. Pam goes above and beyond to help you in anyway possible.
