Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?) I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is! GBWe bought a bunk bed at Comfort Zone… We bought a bunk bed at Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery awhile back and decided to go back when it was time for a new bed for ourselves. We worked with Mike, and not only was he was really nice, knowledgable and helpful, he also spent a lot of time showing us options and answering our questions! GBMike was VERY helpful and we picked the… Mike was VERY helpful and we picked the perfect guest sleeping solution. We went in to look at cabinet beds, but the couch bed, with a real, full sized mattress, was much cheaper and even more comfortable. This is the second product we've bought from Comfort Zone in Oxnard, and both times they exceeded our expectations for service, price, and product quality. They are highly recommended!

When we’ve had to call for service/repair, she has been pleasant, professional, and a great follow-up representative. No matter how busy she is, she always greets us and sees to our needs right away.
