Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%. Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.

When we’ve had to call for service/repair, she has been pleasant, professional, and a great follow-up representative. No matter how busy she is, she always greets us and sees to our needs right away.
