They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !! We worked with Mike, and not only was he was really nice, knowledgable and helpful, he also spent a lot of time showing us options and answering our questions! Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%. Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.
