GBDelivery delay We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

GBSharon was extremely friendly and… Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!

DEVery happy with Comfort Zone Very happy with Comfort Zone! They came enthusiastically suggested and didn't baffle! They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !! GBThe Best Customer Service and Quality of Product! Pam has been a delight to work with, providing printouts, showing creativity with a design for "hope chest" as well as for a piece 21" wide. Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?) I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is!
