Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%. Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.

GBSharon was extremely friendly and… Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!
