Coupled with her creativity is the quality of the craftsman who makes the furniture (Jose? Juan?) I couldn't be happier with the nice heavy wood used -- substantial, better than most new furniture I've seen, certainly superior to those custom-tailored to my space, as this is! GBI have been dealing with Pam at Comfort… I have been dealing with Pam at Comfort Zone for about 3-years now. She is a great person of major knowledge about wallbeds, beds and mattresses. I bought a beautiful wall-bed and she handled the sale from the beginning to set-up. Then when I moved to Oregon she arranged the tear down and packing of my wall bed for the moving company to pickup. Once again, she sent me a beautiful email thanking me for being a loyal customer.
