When we’ve had to call for service/repair, she has been pleasant, professional, and a great follow-up representative. No matter how busy she is, she always greets us and sees to our needs right away. GBDelivery delay We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

GBSharon was extremely friendly and… Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!
