Poor quality equipment and horrendous customer service We purchased a dogtra e fence system. Within months the one collar stopped working. After calling about warranty they told us we had to pay for shipping both ways and it could be months for us to get it back. We used dogtra.ca seeing how it said it was the canadian side and apparently that's not true and they are an absolute lying, thieving company. There is no canadian dogtra. Absolute horrible company, will never buy another product of theirs.

The best customer service! I want to say that Dogtra has the best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. I train bird dogs, and so I invested in the Arc system which allows me to control a pair of dogs in the field from one remote. I love the system, but I made a rookie operator error and mixed up another charger and my system wouldn’t charge. Blake from Dogtra was very professional and explained how some of their systems require less voltage output to charge different products. He explained that it was a common mistake and what to do to fix it. I came home, did exactly what he said and the problem was resolved! I’m glad to own such a reliable product! Thanks again!

Pathfinder original collar system I have had the Pathfinder collar system for two years. I recently called in with a warranty issue and was greeted with very helpful customer service. I had several questions that were all answered and those that could not be I was put on a brief hold before getting the answer or correct contact information for the Dogtra person that does. I am purchasing the new pathfinder2 that seems to have updated the only items I had concerns with. Vibrate, quick tone button and easier access in the field. My German Wirehaired Pointers give me their best in the field and with the pathfinder I am no longer toning a dog back from a pointed bird or having regrets hunting in wind (having a dog lose its bearing on where I am). Thanks Dogtra for helping my dogs be exceptional!

Short wait time Short wait time. Your employee spoke English as a first language and was easy to understand. Jordan was extremely helpful. She listened completely to my problem and then offered solutions. She was very professional and gave me all the information I required in order to have my unit repaired and inspected.
