We loved our experience from Valyou!!!! We loved our experience from Valyou. We had been eyeballing the Feathers couch online but wanted to sit on it in person before purchasing. We were greeted when we walked in and helped immediately. We easily found what we were looking for and we’re able to sit on the couch. The covers were on sale as well so we decided to purchase with the help of the associate, who was very kind and extremely helpful. We purchased and was told it would arrive by the upcoming week. It came 4 days later, our couch and covers. There was tracking on the delivery email so we could even see how many stops left before delivery. It was extremely easy to unbox and set up, then changing the covers (which are washable) was extremely easy and we pretty much got 2 couches instead of one just by getting a second cover set. We definitely plan on purchasing from Valyou Furniture again.

We were very concerned based on… We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience overall Amazing experience overall. Staff were super helpful in helping me find the right size couch for my home. Sofa came in 3 days and was easy to put together. Will definitely buy my furniture from here again!

Feather Sectiinals I kept putting these sectionals in my cart and then deleting. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered two feather L sectionals and I’m so glad I did. They were back ordered when I did but they were delivered in the timeframe disclosed when I ordered!! We absolutely love them!

The short version is....I WISH THAT I… The short version is....I WISH THAT I READ THE REAL REVIEWS 1ST! I just ordered and it said available in stock but now the delivery is saying 2 months out. What a shame because it looks like a good product but I will never know because I am canceling and just going to RH.
