We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

Feather Sectiinals I kept putting these sectionals in my cart and then deleting. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered two feather L sectionals and I’m so glad I did. They were back ordered when I did but they were delivered in the timeframe disclosed when I ordered!! We absolutely love them!

I got the feather sectional for our new… I got the feather sectional for our new apartment and am loving it so far. The fact is comes assembled in boxes and is modular was the biggest selling point for us. Super streamlined delivery and set up process. Great customer service! Compared to other fabrics or high-end brands is not up to par but it's great bang for your buck!

Double check order if you go in person. Enjoyed checking out a sofa in person before purchase. I decided on a gray one, told available in 3-5 days. Perfect. The next day I got a text about my beige sofa delivery. I called and apparently the order was inputted wrong and gray is on back order. I didn’t hear anything for a month and when I called was told they still hadn’t received the sofa. Ultimately it took about 6 weeks. Delivery was fine and within the two hour time frame provided for the day. The cardboard boxes are huge- I wish they would have broken them down or hauled them away. Sofa is comfy and low to the ground, which is what I wanted.
