We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

Definitely Going Back Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Valyou in Kakaako. We worked with William who was really nice and directed us to the exact couch we were looking for. Delivery to our home was very prompt and the delivery workers were very kind. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is great. I got the feather sectional for our new… I got the feather sectional for our new apartment and am loving it so far. The fact is comes assembled in boxes and is modular was the biggest selling point for us. Super streamlined delivery and set up process. Great customer service! Compared to other fabrics or high-end brands is not up to par but it's great bang for your buck!
