Worst delivery experience of my life I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated. Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.

Feather Sectiinals I kept putting these sectionals in my cart and then deleting. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered two feather L sectionals and I’m so glad I did. They were back ordered when I did but they were delivered in the timeframe disclosed when I ordered!! We absolutely love them!

We just love our new feather couch We just love our new feather couch. Our experience from the moment we step in inside the showroom in kapolei was nothing but superb. The staff and there are 3 of them who helped us long the way, can't remember their names but we know them by the face where very helpful and very knowledgeable. The delivery process was great, they were on time and well coordinated. The store was recommended by my daughter who now live in Virginia. Them also have the same sectional sofa that we bought.

We loved our experience from Valyou!!!! We loved our experience from Valyou. We had been eyeballing the Feathers couch online but wanted to sit on it in person before purchasing. We were greeted when we walked in and helped immediately. We easily found what we were looking for and we’re able to sit on the couch. The covers were on sale as well so we decided to purchase with the help of the associate, who was very kind and extremely helpful. We purchased and was told it would arrive by the upcoming week. It came 4 days later, our couch and covers. There was tracking on the delivery email so we could even see how many stops left before delivery. It was extremely easy to unbox and set up, then changing the covers (which are washable) was extremely easy and we pretty much got 2 couches instead of one just by getting a second cover set. We definitely plan on purchasing from Valyou Furniture again.

We were very concerned based on… We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.
