We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

Definitely Going Back Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Valyou in Kakaako. We worked with William who was really nice and directed us to the exact couch we were looking for. Delivery to our home was very prompt and the delivery workers were very kind. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is great. I would definitely go back and shop there as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Double check order if you go in person. Enjoyed checking out a sofa in person before purchase. I decided on a gray one, told available in 3-5 days. Perfect. The next day I got a text about my beige sofa delivery. I called and apparently the order was inputted wrong and gray is on back order. I didn’t hear anything for a month and when I called was told they still hadn’t received the sofa. Ultimately it took about 6 weeks. Delivery was fine and within the two hour time frame provided for the day. The cardboard boxes are huge- I wish they would have broken them down or hauled them away. Sofa is comfy and low to the ground, which is what I wanted.

Fast Shipping and beautiful feathers armchair I ordered the feathers armchair and shipping is extremely fast. The armchair is simply beautiful, modern and looked expansive. Its also super comfortable. Delivery was really efficient as you can monitor the exact time the driver would arrive. I would definitely buy more furniture from Valyou.
