The ultimate bookcase What do you think? I recently visited Valyou at there beautiful showroom in Downtown LA, where I went in to just take a look and was very impressed by all the beautiful furniture and objects that was on display and extremely reasonable prices. I didn’t go in with any intention to buy anything but I ended up buying a beautiful industrial looking bookcase which I decided to put in my bathroom. from the friendly staff at the showroom who were very helpful and professional to the delivery people who delivered it to my door and helped me unwrap it made it a great experience! I’m obsessed with the piece I bought and I’ll definitely be going back. I highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Fast Shipping and beautiful feathers armchair I ordered the feathers armchair and shipping is extremely fast. The armchair is simply beautiful, modern and looked expansive. Its also super comfortable. Delivery was really efficient as you can monitor the exact time the driver would arrive. I would definitely buy more furniture from Valyou.

I got the feather sectional for our new… I got the feather sectional for our new apartment and am loving it so far. The fact is comes assembled in boxes and is modular was the biggest selling point for us. Super streamlined delivery and set up process. Great customer service! Compared to other fabrics or high-end brands is not up to par but it's great bang for your buck!

We were very concerned based on… We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

Worst delivery experience of my life I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated. Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.
