Great Customer Service The customer service to correct a wrong order size was extremely timely and easy. Kim responded by email quickly, corrected my order, and even applied my 20% off coupon. My order was fixed and the item was delivered within the week. Excellent customer service is rare to find these days, but this team/company has it!

I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. First time shopper & in love First time shopper with Lush and my first impression is they are amazing. Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush!
