GBI ordered a quilt and shams but failed… I ordered a quilt and shams but failed to update my shipping information. The product was on its way to my previous address as of yesterday. I spoke to Todd in Customer Service and he was excellent about everything. He stated he would check into it with FedEx and try to reroute it. He stated he would call me back the next day, which is today. He just called me and was able to get the product routed to my current address. He was probably the best Customer Service Rep. I’ve ever spoken to. Patient, thorough and professional. Thanks Todd and Lush Decor I will be back to shop again.

GBAmazing Company--Lush Decor! I just discovered this company online--lovely items! I placed an order for a bedspread and a few minutes after doing that, realized they were running a special and I could have applied a 30% discount to my order. Thinking it was "after the fact" I decided to give it a try and emailed customer service to explain the situation, not counting on anything to result from my email. Imagine my delighted surprise when this morning (not even 24 hrs from placing my order) I received an email from Dana, telling me she had applied the discount to my order!! Truly above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company--not only because of the beautiful items they carry but for their outstanding customer service!!

GBFirst time shopper & in love First time shopper with Lush and my first impression is they are amazing. Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush! She seriously knows how to do her job with excellence and a happy heart. I will continue to shop with Lush solely because Dana gave me an experience I will never forget. Management, please give her a shout out! She’s amazing.

GBI love my Valance I ordered a valance for my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! it’s made of high-quality fabric in pairs perfectly with my other decor. When I noticed a button was missing, I contacted customer service, and Todd was more than happy to help me out and shipping me a couple of extra buttons at no cost to me!

GBI received my order and the sham had… I received my order and the sham had what appears to be bleach on it. I sent an email and a picture. I have a new set on the way! Excellent customer service. Not to mention the product is gorgeous.
