Great Customer Service The customer service to correct a wrong order size was extremely timely and easy. Kim responded by email quickly, corrected my order, and even applied my 20% off coupon. My order was fixed and the item was delivered within the week. Excellent customer service is rare to find these days, but this team/company has it!

Amazing Company--Lush Decor! I just discovered this company online--lovely items! I placed an order for a bedspread and a few minutes after doing that, realized they were running a special and I could have applied a 30% discount to my order. Thinking it was "after the fact" I decided to give it a try and emailed customer service to explain the situation, not counting on anything to result from my email. Imagine my delighted surprise when this morning (not even 24 hrs from placing my order) I received an email from Dana, telling me she had applied the discount to my order!! Truly above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company--not only because of the beautiful items they carry but for their outstanding customer service!!

This item is terrible! This item is terrible!! There is a seam all around the embroidery like they tacked on 10 inches all around the outside. The material is super cheap- so hideous!!!
