This item is terrible! This item is terrible!! There is a seam all around the embroidery like they tacked on 10 inches all around the outside. The material is super cheap- so hideous!!!

The product was delivered in a timely… The product was delivered in a timely manner. The quality and presentation were great. I had a question while waiting for my order to arrive. She was truly friendly, knowledge able, and thorough rep and I appreciated hearing a human’s voice.

Amazing Company--Lush Decor! I just discovered this company online--lovely items! I placed an order for a bedspread and a few minutes after doing that, realized they were running a special and I could have applied a 30% discount to my order. Thinking it was "after the fact" I decided to give it a try and emailed customer service to explain the situation, not counting on anything to result from my email. Imagine my delighted surprise when this morning (not even 24 hrs from placing my order) I received an email from Dana, telling me she had applied the discount to my order!! Truly above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company--not only because of the beautiful items they carry but for their outstanding customer service!!

I just want to let you know about your… I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore!
