Unfortunately, I was a victim to porch thieves but when I brought this up with Dana from Lush, she went above and beyond. She ensured my reshipment was sent out speedily and would get here by the date I needed it. She was so helpful and informative in assisting with another package that wasn’t even from Lush! Great Customer Service The customer service to correct a wrong order size was extremely timely and easy. Kim responded by email quickly, corrected my order, and even applied my 20% off coupon.
