GBBeautiful I absolutely love these curtains. They arrive in a soft packaging and then folded inside a nice thick zipper bag. There really is no wrinkles and the opening to put your rod through is large enough so it can accommodate a larger or perhaps thicker rod. The design of leaves are very pretty and deliciated looking and the print does not over whelm the room also the combination of the buttons which I'm hooked on and the different top color comes together for a nice balance and contrast.. This is my third set however my other ones are with no design they are also beautiful .I love this brand and I would highly recommend,

GBI ordered a quilt and shams but failed… I ordered a quilt and shams but failed to update my shipping information. The product was on its way to my previous address as of yesterday. I spoke to Todd in Customer Service and he was excellent about everything. He stated he would check into it with FedEx and try to reroute it. He stated he would call me back the next day, which is today. He just called me and was able to get the product routed to my current address. He was probably the best Customer Service Rep. I’ve ever spoken to. Patient, thorough and professional. Thanks Todd and Lush Decor I will be back to shop again.

GBgreat customer service was a bit concerned when I had an issue with a valance I purchased. I wrote the company and immediately they sent a replacement. they were courteous and efficiently delivered the replacement promptly. GBI just want to let you know about your… I just want to let you know about your customer service representative Dana Machette. I accidentally ordered the wrong curtains and sent an email off almost immediately. Dana responded first thing and corrected my mistake and even refunded me the money. My goodness, she needs to be rewarded for her quick response, her kindness and her efficiency. I’ve really never received such great customer service! One thing my friends and I discuss fairly often is the lack of customer service anymore! Cheers to Dana and to Lush Decor……..you better believe I’ll be doing more business with your company and Dana needs a promotion. She didn’t hesitate for one minute! Keep her as your representive! GBGreat Customer Service The customer service to correct a wrong order size was extremely timely and easy. Kim responded by email quickly, corrected my order, and even applied my 20% off coupon. My order was fixed and the item was delivered within the week. Excellent customer service is rare to find these days, but this team/company has it!
