GBScrews, instructions, & remotes Didn’t provide enough screws. Installation instructions are not good, especially for the valence. The remote controls are not compatible with the same blinds I ordered and installed 3-4 years ago. I wanted them to work together and they don’t pair with each other.

GBThanks for addressing the issue! We ordered two Roller Shades in April and one of which did not work as expected due to the problem with the rod. The customer service helped us with the warranty claim, and they sent us a replacement in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the shades we have. Thank you very much!

GBSelect Blinds resolved issue after review Below is my initial review - after I posted it select blinds contacted me directly and resolved my issue in under 24 hours. Hard to ask for better service than that. I chose select blinds for one reason: I needed a blackshade quickly for someone who had just entered hospice. Their promised expedited shipping is a joke; it shipped on March 7 and is scheduled to arrive on March 12. They refused to give me a refund for the $40 I wasted on the shipping.
