All were made to perfection and the quality level is very high. The thing I really like is the website is very well done and allows maximum customization of the product. Whomever did their website design should get a raise LOL. Now as far as customer service, I've only had to used them to order a spare remote and a spare battery. Again the company was excellent. It was easy to do and the folks I interacted knew their jobs and did it well. We will use them in the future for any blinds or shades orders.

Thanks for addressing the issue! We ordered two Roller Shades in April and one of which did not work as expected due to the problem with the rod. The customer service helped us with the warranty claim, and they sent us a replacement in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the shades we have. Thank you very much!

Great products and amazing customer service I've bought three products so far from SelectBlinds: two blackout shades, and one set of vertical blinds. I bought all of these about three years ago and have always been happy with the purchases. Recently, one of the blackout shades stopped working; it appeared that the outer layer of one of the threads broke off inside the shade mechanism, creating a clog. I reported the issue, and customer service immediately placed a order on my behalf to re-make the entire blackout shade free of charge, even though three years had passed since it was purchased. I could not be happier with the service I received. I look forward to placing future orders with SelectBlinds.
