Select Blinds resolved issue after review Below is my initial review - after I posted it select blinds contacted me directly and resolved my issue in under 24 hours. Hard to ask for better service than that. I chose select blinds for one reason: I needed a blackshade quickly for someone who had just entered hospice. Their promised expedited shipping is a joke; it shipped on March 7 and is scheduled to arrive on March 12. They refused to give me a refund for the $40 I wasted on the shipping.

Faulty brackets that do not work Faulty brackets that do not work. I spent hours trying to get my blinds to snap into their brackets. I have seen this complaint across multiple websites. I want to return and refund my order, but they have a Zero Return Policy, even when they are at fault for poor product design. UPDATE 4/2/24 The brand ambassador has replied to my review here and on Consumer Affairs. I will not waste my time emailing the brand ambassador as I have read countless other reviews state that the brand ambassador never responds. I believe SelectBlinds replies to negative reviews only to make it appear as if they care about product complaints, when they truly do not, or else they would have an actual return and refund policy. I want a refund SelectBlinds, I am not interested in being ignored by your brand ambassador.

they went the extra mile! I miss-measured one of the cellular shades in my order, and even though it was absolutely my fault, Select Blinds sent a new one out to me with the correct dimensions at no charge. I paid $10 for shipping, and pow, were all done! And the best part about it is that all the cellular shades in the house that I purchased from this awesome company look fantastic! Thank you!!!

Great product, easy order experience The ordering experience was easy, the UV shades looked amazing, and the installation process was simple. I even thought the pricing was great. I would recommend the company and their products 100%.

Awesome company and awesome product Awesome company and awesome product. We have order five sets of blinds and one motorized roman shades. All were made to perfection and the quality level is very high. The thing I really like is the website is very well done and allows maximum customization of the product. Whomever did their website design should get a raise LOL. Now as far as customer service, I've only had to used them to order a spare remote and a spare battery. Again the company was excellent. It was easy to do and the folks I interacted knew their jobs and did it well. We will use them in the future for any blinds or shades orders.
