After two tries, the springs are still loose Two stars are for the fact that they are blinds. Yet their springs are so loose it takes two hands to close a narrow blind. I bought two blackout blinds for our bedroom French doors. One didn't close upon installation, and the 2nd didn't close after 3 or 4 uses. We returned the blinds under Select Blinds warranty and the 2nd pair are identical to the first - they don't close on the 1st day of installation! and require two hands slowly maneuvering them to close. Don't be fooled by the liberal warranty offer - that is no guarantee the replacement blinds will work. Maybe they will replace them the 3rd time, but eventually we'll tire of asking Select Blinds to make it right.

Great products and amazing customer service I've bought three products so far from SelectBlinds: two blackout shades, and one set of vertical blinds. I bought all of these about three years ago and have always been happy with the purchases. Recently, one of the blackout shades stopped working; it appeared that the outer layer of one of the threads broke off inside the shade mechanism, creating a clog. I reported the issue, and customer service immediately placed a order on my behalf to re-make the entire blackout shade free of charge, even though three years had passed since it was purchased. I could not be happier with the service I received. I look forward to placing future orders with SelectBlinds.

Thanks for addressing the issue! We ordered two Roller Shades in April and one of which did not work as expected due to the problem with the rod. The customer service helped us with the warranty claim, and they sent us a replacement in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the shades we have. Thank you very much!
