Great Customer Service I have an old home built in 1836 with a large kitchen/cooking fireplace in the basement. I was struggling to find a gas log set that would be appropriate for my specific situation. I called and spoke with Sasha who looked at the pictures, drawings, and measurements I emailed her while on the phone. From there she offered a few options and explained the pros and cons of each, made suggestions that made sense, patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot), and prepared a comprehensive quote.
