Scott & Steve-- so professional! Starfire Direct is the most professional on-line shopping experience I have ever had! Scott Nunes and Steve Kinsey were all over the problem I was having after purchasing a log set and burner, but having only a few inches of flames. (Turns out the gas pipe was packed with lots of debris/ashes so only a small amount of gas could get through). But trying to troubleshoot this, they sent me videos, and other ideas to help out and I talked to Scott on the phone several times, both when purchasing and troubleshooting. Converting to gas logs is not simple; I was glad to have these two experts, ready to help in any way! It is a level of customer service I am not used to anymore!

Customer Service told me that the logs had not been manufactured yet, even though Starfire Direct's website showed the parts as being in stock. Customer Service could not give me a date when the logs would be manufactured & shipped. After I posted a review on Yelp & BBB websites Starfire's manager called me and told me the logs would be delivered the next day. I did receive them.

Very happy - but we bought 3 times too more than needed. The selection, product, delivery and service were all great! However, we should have called though before purchasing to make sure our fireplace was compatible and should not have gone with the recommendation on several sights regarding how much to buy for our size fireplace. We ended up purchasing 32 lbs but can't use more than 5 lbs for our brand fireplace. Ended up being a very expensive 5 lbs!

Scott Nunes is excellent Scott Nunes was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me to make the right decsion on a fire pit. His follow-up and customer service are excellent. I enjoyed my experience with Scott and Starfire. Also, the driver who delivered the fire pit was helpful. He helped me get the fire pit from my street, down a long driveway, and into my garage.

Great Customer Service My firepit was a complete DIY project. Problem was that I really didn't know what I was doing. I had many, many questions about using propane as fuel. Scott Nunes was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the construction. He made spot-on recommendations and provided all the technical information that I needed. Scott responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions. Starfire Direct sells quality products and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
