I am getting frustrated over an order I… I am getting frustrated over an order I placed Nov 20th. I have not yet received any details on my shipment other than receiving a confirmation of my order but no shipping date other than it has been in transit since Nov. 25th. I have not had anyone personally from the company respond to my inquiries.

After I ordered I had a few questions and sent an email. They responded quickly and friendly and answered all my questions. Happy Recipents The products hadn’t arrived for quite some time but I was contacted by the company for a review. I emailed them to say I had not received a tracking number nor the products. I heard back with apologies, the tracking number as well as the information saying the items were being held at the local post office awaiting payment of duty tax. Traveling there the next day I received the products in excellent condition. My friends were delighted with the pet memorial gifts.
