I am getting frustrated over an order I… I am getting frustrated over an order I placed Nov 20th. I have not yet received any details on my shipment other than receiving a confirmation of my order but no shipping date other than it has been in transit since Nov. 25th. I have not had anyone personally from the company respond to my inquiries.

Couldn’t be happier with the products Couldn’t be happier with the products. Bought 2 coffee mugs and an ornament. The coffee mugs were delivered first so sent a message just in case the ornament somehow was lost in transit. Received a reply straight away and was assured it was on its way as it was sent separately and arrived the next day. Happy with overall experience. Will certainly order more items in the future.
