Tracy was amazing … Had issues with the first package arriving. Lost in Illinois. I emailed the company and had instant a response from Tracy who immediately responded with they would ship another if it doesn’t arrive in the next few days. I emailed the company multiple times and each time Tracy was right there to help. She had a replacement sent and it arrived as promised. Like I told Tracy she’s an incredible asset to the company.

Poor service I ordered a flowerpot commemorating the loss of a precious pet,I have been waiting weeks for this item, tracking shows it has literally not moved, I have reached out to customer service and have not had any response to my requests. I will never order from this company. Poor service all around.

FitWearPro extremely slow shipping Updating my review. I finally received the items I ordered and I’m happy with the quality. This company has some really strange shipping practices with confusing tracking number information. I thought they had scammed me. If you chose to buy from them just don’t count on receiving your items for at least 3 weeks. Plan ahead if you are buying a birthday gift.
