I had ordered a personal hoody for… I had ordered a personalized hoody for my daughter in law for christmas an unknowingly i spelt her name wrong.I contacted your customer service through email and the mistake was corrected.She absolutely loved her hoody with a memorial for her 15 year old dog who had crossed the rainbow bridge a few months back.The items that you sell are both tastefully and beautifully done.Great job !!

I am getting frustrated over an order I… I am getting frustrated over an order I placed Nov 20th. I have not yet received any details on my shipment other than receiving a confirmation of my order but no shipping date other than it has been in transit since Nov. 25th. I have not had anyone personally from the company respond to my inquiries.

Happy Recipents The products hadn’t arrived for quite some time but I was contacted by the company for a review. I emailed them to say I had not received a tracking number nor the products. I heard back with apologies, the tracking number as well as the information saying the items were being held at the local post office awaiting payment of duty tax. Traveling there the next day I received the products in excellent condition. My friends were delighted with the pet memorial gifts.

The coffee mugs were delivered first so sent a message just in case the ornament somehow was lost in transit. Received a reply straight away and was assured it was on its way as it was sent separately and arrived the next day. Happy with overall experience. Will certainly order more items in the future. FitWearPro extremely slow shipping Updating my review. I finally received the items I ordered and I’m happy with the quality. This company has some really strange shipping practices with confusing tracking number information. I thought they had scammed me. If you chose to buy from them just don’t count on receiving your items for at least 3 weeks. Plan ahead if you are buying a birthday gift.
