I had ordered a personal hoody for… I had ordered a personalized hoody for my daughter in law for christmas an unknowingly i spelt her name wrong.I contacted your customer service through email and the mistake was corrected.She absolutely loved her hoody with a memorial for her 15 year old dog who had crossed the rainbow bridge a few months back.The items that you sell are both tastefully and beautifully done.Great job !!

The coffee mugs were delivered first so sent a message just in case the ornament somehow was lost in transit. Received a reply straight away and was assured it was on its way as it was sent separately and arrived the next day. Happy with overall experience. Will certainly order more items in the future. Poor service I ordered a flowerpot commemorating the loss of a precious pet,I have been waiting weeks for this item, tracking shows it has literally not moved, I have reached out to customer service and have not had any response to my requests. I will never order from this company. Poor service all around.

I love the finished products I love the finished products! I ordered a custom quilt set for pur trailer as a gift for my husband and I ordered a custom water bottle for my daughter. After I ordered I had a few questions and sent an email. They responded quickly and friendly and answered all my questions. They finished products actually arrived much sooner than I would have expected. Definitely ordering from here again!

Tracy was amazing … Had issues with the first package arriving. Lost in Illinois. I emailed the company and had instant a response from Tracy who immediately responded with they would ship another if it doesn’t arrive in the next few days. I emailed the company multiple times and each time Tracy was right there to help. She had a replacement sent and it arrived as promised. Like I told Tracy she’s an incredible asset to the company.
