DIY frame kit solved the problem for odd size print I bought the DIY kit for an odd sized print. The shipping time was accurate (albeit slow) and the product was wrapped and protected nicely. They items are loose, not pre-packaged--no scuffs, no scrapes. Included wire hangers and wall bumpers for the frame, but no hanging wire (-1 star). Frame was easy to assemble and fit tightly without glass, and without extra backing. Pleased with the final product. Will shop here again.

Great value and product Frames were cut to size and were shipped, what seemed to be, really well packaged. Time from order to ship was great, and they're basically what I was looking for... Unfortunately a couple of them came with rubbed spots or dings on the frames, not sure if that happened before or during shipping.

2 damaged frames but great services and satisfied customer My frame arrived quickly, but originally with some cosmetic damage. I filled out the google form and they sent a replacement quickly, which was completely damaged in a corner. I filled out the google form again and they sent another replacement quickly. This time it had no damage. Great customer service!
