The frame looked horrible The frame looked horrible. At least 2 of the joints were not even and the inside sizing was straight at the top but slightly larger towards the bottom. Decided to go with your U-Frame metal sections. Which I ordered recently from you.

Frames are nice, but communication could have been better! The frames are really nice. It would be nice if the hangers would have been already applied, but we will manage. I was not completely satisfied with the answers I received with email communication. Basically, carefully giving me generic info that did not completely satisfy the questions asked.

Corners didn't match up, wood was warped and pieces were literally breaking off as we were putting the pictures in. They look nice, but I don't expect the to last. I suppose for the price, they were ok.

All my questions were answered in a timely manner and my frame was received a few days earlier than expected. The frame is beautiful and a wonderful compliment to my daughter's wedding picture.
