TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. Finally received my curtains after a month and a half. Absolutely, beyond disappointed. I would return them if I thought I would actually get my money back. Customer service is a joke. Quality of fabrics is terrible. They don’t open well at all because the fabric is so stiff and cheap. The ‘blackout’ part is literally a large piece of black felt between the liner and curtain. An absolute joke. I wish I could add pictures to show how terrible they truly are.

Poor quality curtains! I have purchased almost $2,000 worth of outdoor curtains for my yard. Initially, I was quite impressed with the heaviness/look of the fabric; however, over the first year, it began to break down and I could see the material shredding. Into the second year, there are over 20 areas of shredding and if you brush up against the fabric, white powder comes off. I wrote to the company and they said my 1 year warranty was up and offered 30% off my next purchase. Why would I purchase from them again, if there material only lasts 1.5 years?????? Not acceptable! Would not recommend.

Customer Service phone line doesn't exist I ordered a custom sun shade sail from them over the weekend, but had questions. I called 57 times (I know I know, but cmon...no voice-mail? No callback? No "sorry, it's been a busy day", no person! Literally no one there! So...shut up). I sent an email immediately asking for them to cancel my order as their company pops-up on scam reporter sites and the lack of response is just the nail in the coffin to that. Buy from a company that you can ACTUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE and not a company that can't pick up the phone after 57 calls.

True black out and quick shipping I ordered 3 sets of blackout and sound proofing curtains in a light beige color for my bedroom - they are truly blackout even with the light color and seem to help a lot with street noise. Quality seems very good. Shipping was fast! The packaging is simple, just clear plastic wrapping on the curtains with no branding or extra cardboard etc - this is probably why they can offer extremely decent prices so I love that. Being able to order fully custom sizes is important to me because I live in an old farmhouse with very nontraditional sized windows and ceiling heights. This is my new go-to place for the whole house.

I ordered a custom insulated thermal… I ordered a custom insulated thermal curtain from Nicetown and I am very happy with the product. I really appreciated being able to customize the size I needed and within a few weeks I had the curtain. I was really impressed with how well made it was. Nicetown uses quality materials durably stitched together. I anticipate having this curtain for a long time because it's so well made.
