The curtain looks great The curtain looks great! It is actually an insulated,quilted, single "curtain" to cover a door-sized opening leading to the back hallway of our house. It will keep the very hot or cold air from getting to the front of the house during summer and winter. It was customized for our purpose and packed very well. And, it was a quick turnaround. It looks just like the beige curtain shown on the Nicetown website. Very nice, and glad I found them.

True black out and quick shipping I ordered 3 sets of blackout and sound proofing curtains in a light beige color for my bedroom - they are truly blackout even with the light color and seem to help a lot with street noise. Quality seems very good. Shipping was fast! The packaging is simple, just clear plastic wrapping on the curtains with no branding or extra cardboard etc - this is probably why they can offer extremely decent prices so I love that. Being able to order fully custom sizes is important to me because I live in an old farmhouse with very nontraditional sized windows and ceiling heights. This is my new go-to place for the whole house.

Beautiful, heat saving and sound reducing! We own an old house (1930's). The front door is very unique and would cost a fortune to replace with a modern door. Said door also leads to a front yard facing a busy street. Since we installed these curtains, the ambient street lights and sounds are incredibly diminished AND our living room is a good deal more comfortable temperature wise. Bonus, these curtains look amazing. They are great quality and were very reasonable. (I could not have made these myself to this caliber at this cost.) So very glad we decided to order these.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. Finally received my curtains after a month and a half. Absolutely, beyond disappointed. I would return them if I thought I would actually get my money back. Customer service is a joke. Quality of fabrics is terrible. They don’t open well at all because the fabric is so stiff and cheap. The ‘blackout’ part is literally a large piece of black felt between the liner and curtain. An absolute joke. I wish I could add pictures to show how terrible they truly are.

Promptness Our velvet drapes are beautiful at an acceptable cost. The first ones we ordered were delivered in a timely manner. The second order was just before Christmas for my wife's December 30th birthday, but it was delayed by weather. The company did everything it could to ensure its delivery.
