Can't contact customer service I tried multiple times to contact their customer service via phone, chat and email - nothing works. Phone number constantly have a busy tone. Unfortunately, I placed an order and fully paid, but product hasn't arrived yet. I am wondering if it is legit company or not. If somebody knows how to contact this company, please share that information.

Excellent service I requested samples that were delivered within just a few days free of charge. Amy was very helpful in answering questions on my very large order. She caught a mistake that I made on my order and clarified with me before placing the order. The 4 layer curtains were exactly as described on the website. I was impressed by the speed in which my orders were completed and delivered. I would order again.

This company is based in China, so the access to a customer service center is more limited, but this isn’t a big box store and someone customer service did call me back and was VERY helpful. The curtains arrived in great time and were perfect out of the box. Just hung them last night and they exceeded my expectations! Unbeatable price, great customer service, and high quality curtains! The blackout curtains are even better than the much more expensive curtains they replaced!
