GBI recommend this product and will purchase others from beverlyrug The treads came quickly. Were packed well. Exactly as pictured. They are good for wear on the steps. My large German Shepherd has gone up and down the steps for several weeks and the treads are not worn nor frayed in any way. They definitely have helped with the slickness of the hardwood stairs so one can wear socks and feel stable on the steps.

GBOMG where do I start😍 OMG where do I start, I guess I'll start at the amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and immediately emailed customer support and received a call and email stating they would fix the issue I created. They cancelled the old order and same day shipped out the correct size I needed.
