OMG where do I start😍 OMG where do I start, I guess I'll start at the amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and immediately emailed customer support and received a call and email stating they would fix the issue I created. They cancelled the old order and same day shipped out the correct size I needed.

Stays in Place, easy to vacuum I ordered the 5ft Beverly Rug which comes with the smaller rug. Personally, I did not need the smaller rug but it was the only way to get the 5ft rug that I did want. Wish the rugs were not sold in sets. There was also another rug, I think it was a square 4x4 that I would have purchased but again it was part of a set so I did not order.

Stairway to frustration The product itself - stair treads - is excellent. The customer service was very helpful when their inventory management failed. It was that failure that made the experience frustrating and time consuming.

The rugs were terrible The rugs were terrible. The adhesive on back doesn't stick and then leaves a residue that you have to remove. The runners are not consistently sized. This is a terrible product and a waste of money. Your return policy says they have to be unused to return, so there's that.

This company is amazing This company is amazing. Whenever I am looking ofr a rug, I will go to Beverlyrug FIRST!
