USThe rugs were terrible The rugs were terrible. The adhesive on back doesn't stick and then leaves a residue that you have to remove. The runners are not consistently sized. This is a terrible product and a waste of money. Your return policy says they have to be unused to return, so there's that.

USRug arrived stained and dirty The Rug arrived with rips in the plastic and stains on the rug. It does not appear to have been packaged very well. I have pictures if you would like to see what I am talking about. I expect a full refund, this is ridiculous!

USPoor quality Poor quality Very thin and super light. If I had any idea the runner and stair treads were so cheaply made I would not have wasted the time and money.
